Summary:
The Health & Safety Data Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance to the Idaho Cobalt Operations (ICO) Health & Safety Management System programs and providing compliance assistance to departmental personnel.
This position also requires a high level of verifiable medical experience that supports the ICO mine rescue teams and ICO ambulance service.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Assess training and compliance needs for all personnel.
Manage the ICO Learning Management System.
Track and report on ICO and ISO45001 compliance requirements.
Must have excellent knowledge of Risk Management procedures.
Understand and ensure compliance with 30CFR parts 48, 49, 56, 57, 62 and 50.
Must be comfortable and effective with developing MET s and mine rescue personnel Develop mine rescue training aids such as manuals and handbooks.
Draft operational and medical and rescue procedures for management review.
Must have the ability to meet challenging timelines and consistently deliver on assigned goals.
Take an active role in employee injury case management procedures.
Must be hold EMS licensure in the state of Idaho.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience and Skills:
Idaho Licensed Paramedic MSHA preferred.
Proven work experience as a data coordinator and EMS.
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
Strong communication skills MS Office proficiency Excellent written skills Physical Requirements:
